The
Town of Caledon provides administrative and prosecutorial services for the
Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences. These services include, but are
not limited to:
● processing of charges under Provincial statutes (e.g. Highway Traffic Act, Liquor Licence Act,
Trespass to Property Act, Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, etc.)
● processing of fine payments
● scheduling of trials
