Training
Every Caledon firefighter is highly
trained in fire suppression, specialty equipment, auto extrication, water
rescue, rescues, first aid/CPR and defibrillation. A firefighter requires a
DZ driver’s license and must complete the Province of Ontario’s Firefighter’s
Certification Program. Training is done both in-house and at the Ontario
Fire College.
