Commissioning of Documents and Affidavits

Most sworn statements and declarations may be commissioned by a
Commissioner for Taking Affidavits (oaths)* at the Customer Service Centre
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. The person
signing the affidavit must show government issued identification (such as a
valid Driver's License) and is required to sign in the presence of the
Commissioner.
Foreign pension forms that require the
signature of a Town official may also be dealt with at the Customer Service
Centre.
